    Guidelines - Getting started
    It is simple to set up your personal account and submit your abstract!
    First of all, click on the button below marked 'Click here for your first connexion' and follow the steps:
    1- Enter your email address. It will be used to log into your personal account each time you visit the website. 
    2- Create your password. Your password should be easy for you to remember, something personal and at least 8 characters long. 
    3- Enter your personal information. All boxes with * are mandatory information and you will not be able to save your details unless these are completed.

    A summary of your account information will appear on the screen. To finalize the procedure, please be sure to click on 'Create Account', otherwise your information will not be saved.

    Please keep your login and password in an easy to retrieve location! It will be requested every time you want to access your author account.
    Information will be sent only to the « contact author », for the e-mail address registered on login. This is why we recommend you provide the contact details of the presenting author when creating your author account.

    Before submitting your abstract, thank you for paying attention to the following guidelines:
    • You will be able to submit abstracts in each topic, but a maximum of 3 abstracts per topic is allowed.
    • Please make sure to submit a brief description of work, in order to allow a better allocation of abstracts in the programme
    Of course, as usual, all abstracts sent after that date and during the meeting will always be accepted.

    Submission topics
    You will have to choose between the following topics: Miscellaneous / Aneurysm / AVMs / Dural fistulas / Stroke / Spine & Spinal cord.

    WIN Topics order
    Topics of the WIN 2022 will be presented in the following order during the week:
    • Miscellaneous
    • Spine & spinal cord
    • AVM / Dural Fistulas
    • Aneurysm
    • Stroke
    Please be aware that, your abstract may be moved to another topic of submission, if the Reviewing Committee consider that it should be allocated in a more appropriate topic.

    Online programme
    The full programme of the Seminar will be available online on the evening of Saturday 23rd of April 2022.
    Please note that your abstract will also be seen on the online programme during the Seminar. By clicking on the  icone at the end of your title, a pop up will open showing the content of your submission.

    On site presentation
    For your on site presentation please prepare your PowerPoint in English and in 16/9 format.
    Please also make sure to bring with you a copy of your presentation on a USB stick or on your PC/MAC, with your video adaptors (HDMI highly recommended).
